Shipping Policy

• Orders will be shipped out within 1 business day, after payment has been confirmed (except weekends & holidays).

• Order placed before 2:00 pm EST, will be shipped out the same business day;

• Order placed after 2:00 pm EST, will be shipped out the next business day.

• All orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST.

• All continental domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, usually taking 3 ~ 5 business days, some states may be as long as 8 business days. If overnight shipping is needed, please contact customer service in advance.

• Before submit the order, please double-check the shipping address to avoid any delay.
